Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups whey or water
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • In a high quality blender, start with your ripe bananas.
  • Add your liquid (whey or water), then add the frozen fruit and blueberries.
  • Add the orange juice concentrate, and top with fresh spinach.
  • Blend until smooth. Taste test. Add any additional liquid, fruit, or concentrate as needed. (And blend again if needed.)
  • Serve cold! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day.
