Ingredients

ripe bananas

whey or water
1 1/2
cups
frozen fruit
1/2
cup
frozen blueberries
1/3
cup
frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2
cups
fresh spinach
Instructions
In a high quality blender, start with your ripe bananas.
Add your liquid (whey or water), then add the frozen fruit and blueberries.
Add the orange juice concentrate, and top with fresh spinach.
Blend until smooth. Taste test. Add any additional liquid, fruit, or concentrate as needed. (And blend again if needed.)
Serve cold! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day.
